Parking: Street parking on Friday, Street and behind the school building on Saturday.

Friday, Day 1 (Gym, 8:00 AM to 2:45 PM)

7:30 – 8:30

• Mentors or school representative registers teams
• Welcoming Committee at the front desk will:
• Collect forms: Release of Information and Indemnity
• Issue T-shirts for all team members and mentors.
• Volunteers will be available to direct teams to their designated workstations.
• All registered team members and mentors must wear their T-shirts while at the venue

9:15         

• Opening Ceremony (hosted by Engineer and Québec RoboCup Chair, Sarah Morgan)

9:30

• Games begin – check posted schedules (be punctual)

11:30 – 12:30 Lunch Period

12:30

• Games resume (be punctual)

2:30 

• Games Completed for the day

3:00

• Venue cleared for clean-up

Saturday, Day 2 (Gym, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM)

8:00            – Venue open to Mentors and teams

      – Check bulletin board for new schedules

8:30           – Games resume (be punctual)

11:30 – 12:30 – Lunch Period

12:30               – Resumption of Finals

2:00 -3:00     – Awards Ceremony (Auditorium)

(Out of respect for others, please do not leave before the end of the ceremony)
